I first designed the set for The Chase, for the pilot episode in 2008, which was filmed at Granada Studios. Bradley Walsh was the host, and the original Chasers in the pilot featured Mark "The Beast" Labbett and Shaun "The Dark Destroyer" Wallace.

Once commissioned, I redesigned the set for the series, which has been filmed in many studios across the London area, but predominantly at ITV Studios on the South Bank, before moving to Elstree Film Studios.

The set itself has had a number of small re-designs over the years to bring visual updates and improvements, and has been a long enduring quiz show on ITV for many years.

The set design won Best Production Design in Light Entertainment TV in 2018 at the British Film Designers Guild Awards.
